By introducing distinctive trends and looks, a wide range of exciting technical features and a chic design, the well-established fashion house wanted to redefine state-of-the-art standards in e-commerce. This meant the creation of a multi-channel retailing platform in which online and offline sales were to be optimally combined.

With enhanced sales processes, customers not only benefit from being able to shop online but also from a number of other advantages. The clothing items can be reserved through the online shop to be tried on in a local store, the availability of articles is visible to the customer across all outlets, owners of a customer card can buy on account and vouchers can be redeemed both online and offline. And in order that customers can access their loyalty points and vouchers from any location, an application for mobile devices (iPhone and Android) has been integrated into the overall solution.
