Prediggo: Higher turnover with intelligent recommendations
The high art of selling, that is anticipating the customers' every wish, is Prediggo's strength. Prediggo shows website visitors the products that best fit their needs or taste. Prediggo determines suitable offers for every customer and product with their artificial intelligence technology, Ontology Filtering. To this end, every product on the website is linked using both past transactions and semantic product data. Clicking behaviour is then used to profile each user and generate highly customised recommendations in real time. The recommendations induce users to stay longer on the websites, look at more product detail pages, and to also buy more.
Tests show that, on average, additional revenues of more than 10% can be earned with Prediggo. The solution is easy to integrate and can be operated both externally (ASP) and internally (in-house). The administrative environment offers numerous reports, statistics and parameters control. Prediggo can of course also be perfectly combined with other tools such as Hybris, Magento or Inxmail.
