A needs analysis revealed that, with users taking too much time to find the information they were looking for, structure, design and navigation needed to be overhauled.

With its re-design, the new Suva webpage is attractive and user-friendly; usability has been significantly improved and Suva customers can now find information and content much faster. A new management interface also simplifies the maintenance of the site.
