The CMS, on which the Bell intranet was based, was no longer being developed. At the same time, Bell was running a document management system on SharePoint. This DMS had to be incorporated into a new intranet – without being changed. In addition, applications such as the course management system had to be transferred.

Bell employees now have a user-friendly and customisable intranet to work with. The DMS can continue to be used without a problem. With little investment and low operating costs, an intranet was created that can easily be adjusted to new requirements.
