Kistler’s existing websites were not relevant to the company’s target groups, products were only accessible to people in the know and it was not possible to find information that was specific to a customer’s home country. The decision was therefore taken to relaunch these websites, with the aim of meeting customer need optimally whilst reducing maintenance costs.

Extensive automation of product care and the comprehensive use of inheritance mechanisms have led to a significant reduction in the cost of upkeep. 

Centralized product management readily permits quality control of information published and thereby supports Kistler brand values.
