The new website with integrated e-commerce solution highlights Pfister’s competent level of service and their commitment to quality. The focus is directed more at inspiring and informing customers than only generating sales. More than 10,000 products are presented with over 20,000 new photos and videos. A search function with filtering possibilities, such as a colour search, quickly leads the user to the right item. A number of tools were integrated into the Hybris Product Information Management System, including Celum for image management and Fredhopper for extended search functions and connected the SAP ERP system. Further highlights are a mobile phone offering, e-magazines with moving image contents, advisory and planning tools, and a customer self-care area.
Pfister’s high-level needs were met in very successful terms and together we put the leading online furnishings platform into operation.
