Corporate portal for the Swiss Post Office (Schweizerische Post)
Unic transferred the Post Office’s portal to the existing WCMS platform from OpenText.
For the new website, Unic developed an innovative multi-site concept so that the wide range of contents could be flexibly administered by the Post Office. All the content pages can be grouped into thematic categories – so-called ‘clusters’ – as required by the administrators, thereby offering visitors different ways of accessing important information.
Our new portal is clearly structured and systematically geared to customer needs. With the ‘virtual post office counter’ we have created additional intuitive navigation. Business customers can find our services summarized in market-oriented service packages. The reliability and commitment to quality of our implementation partner enabled us to successfully complete this project on time.
