Unic on successful growth course

On the basis of gains in market share in 2017, Unic was able to further accelerate the expansion of its business in Germany in 2018. Thanks to good business with existing customers and larger orders from new customers, Unic achieved extraordinary growth in 2018.

Unic expands further in Munich and Karlsruhe

In April 2018, Unic moved into a new office in Munich and thus created the basis for further expansion in the design and implementation of digital corporate platforms. At the same time, the Unic teams working in Karlsruhe were further strengthened, so that substantial growth could be achieved in Germany in close cooperation with the other locations of the Unic Group.

Thanks to the combination of a strong existing customer business and implementation orders from newly acquired customers, the sales of the German subsidiary could be increased to more than 7 million euros in 2018, which corresponds to a growth of more than 50% compared to 2017.

Founded in 1996 as a service provider for digital solutions, the Unic Group today has a comprehensive competence portfolio with around 230 employees: Starting from the development of digital strategies via UX architectures and UI design, Unic offers in particular the development and expansion of integrated solutions for the digital business of its customers. Unic focuses on solutions for digital customer interactions that provide extensive support for its customers' marketing and sales processes. Typical examples are Omni Commerce solutions or globally rolled out corporate websites.

After launching new digital offerings, Unic will support its customers both in technical operations and in the targeted use of digital marketing tools, for example with web analytics, personalization and integrated e-mail marketing through to marketing automation.

In the implementation of corporate platforms and individual digital solutions, the focus of the German Unic locations is on the use of technologies from long-standing software partners SAP (formerly hybris), Adobe and Sitecore.

Unic has been working with these market-leading solutions for e-commerce and customer experience management (CX) for over 17 years and has acquired outstanding expertise in numerous customer projects.

Thanks to these competencies and its well-established teams, Unic has for years been one of the leading service providers for the development of e-commerce solutions and WCMS-based portals and websites. For example, SAP honors Unic with „SAP Recognized Expertise“ for SAP Commerce. In the Sitecore environment, Unic-realized customer solutions have been among the most successful reference applications for Web Content Management for years.
