Impulse: Holacracy @ Unic

  • Purpose: Inspiration and recognition of possibilities
  • Seminar content: Keynote speech explaining the new world of work and the basic principles of Holacracy. Furthermore, the path of Unic with its 230 employees into a self-organisation will be explained and supplemented with practical experience. This is followed by a question-and-answer section.

Responsive Meeting Practice

  • Purpose: Experience and reflection of self-organisation
  • Seminar content: Self-organisation is demonstrated with a simulation of a newly form of meeting practice. Thereby, the participants will experience various pattern breaks. The subsequent reflection on the experience gained makes it possible to immerse oneself in the relevant topics of a responsive organisation.

Effective decision making through consent

  • Purpose: Understanding and experiencing the Principles of Consent
  • Seminar content: The Principles of Consent are explained as a appropriate manner to make decisions in a company more effectively and dynamically. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to train the principles yourself.

  • Time required: 4h

Feedback in self-organisation

  • Purpose: Becoming better at giving and receiving feedback
  • Seminar content: On the basis of the Principles of Non-Violent Communication by Rosenberg, you will learn how to give and receive feedback.

Leadership in self-organisation

  • Purpose: To be able to live leadership effectively and without line responsibility.
  • Seminar content: Attitudes and opportunities that allow self-organised companies to strenghten and establish leadership in a targeted manner will be developed discussed.
