myAudi 3.0 is the online marketing system that accompanies the customer wherever they travel. Together with Razorfish, Unic implemented the entire appearance of myAudi 3.0 on the web and integrated a number of applications to connect the car with the internet and the driver. State-of-the-art web technology, such as Adobe’s content management system CQ5.4, HTML5 and various widgets, was implemented and the project was closely synchronised with the vehicle development process in Ingolstadt.
Owners of the new A3 can register at my.audi.com with the vehicle identification number to find everything they want to know about their car. Various vehicle services for smart driving can be activated, configured and customised. For example, drivers can select a route on Google Maps, including interesting destinations along the way, and send it via the internet to their vehicle; they can also configure the latest travel information such as weather, news feeds, etc. at my.audi.com. MyAudi 3.0 also enables the car to connect with Facebook and Twitter. So A3 drivers have all the important information they need on arrival at their destination.
