CSS Versicherung: new clients via the internet
CSS – website relaunch
The new website, which was designed on the basis of Day CQ5, focuses on addressing each customer individually. Customers have the support of a benefits advisor and an attractive premium calculator at their disposal. On the basis of user behaviour, the website is able to personalise the information offered and display corresponding contents. As such, geolocation data are used to automatically establish the location of the next branch and suggest it to the customer as a contact.
We were able to fully entrust the Unic employees with the overall architecture. We are hugely satisfied with the services and expertise of the project team.
