As with SBB, Unic has developed the concept and design of the SBB Cargo website. A particular focus was given to user guidance and navigation: with a mega dropdown menu, the user can navigate directly to the pages on the third level. The service section of the website has been totally overhauled, with a customer centre providing login access to all SBB Cargo customer services. In addition, a new social media newsroom bundles activities on other web channels: with this feature, videos on YouTube, blog articles, and SBB Cargo news published on Twitter and Facebook are all found at a glance.
We wanted customers to be able to find the information they need on the corporate website quickly and easily. How did we achieve this? Unic showed us how to focus our contents and navigation on the user.
