Unic analysed 150 individual existing websites and applications. From these, around 25 platforms have been integrated into a new mobility and travel portal that systematically places all customer needs associated with the travel chain into central focus. A combination of classic user guidance features and an intelligent search system provides users with simple access to the places that fulfil all their information and purchasing needs. The visual concept presents the SBB online world in a pioneering context to reflect its brand value. It enables the integration of further platforms and contributes to a positive customer experience and optimal usability.
With our ambitious target, we set the benchmark high. Unic succeeded not only with their proven technical expertise but not least with their diplomatic skills too: criteria without which a project of this complexity and political topicality would not have been able to fly. The work packages we received were impressive in many respects and were delivered on time and within the set budget.
