They can request support through the platform, which directs the issue through an automatic workflow to the Swisscom internal contact person with the right expertise.

Formerly separate platforms – website, extranet and intranet – have been united in the Virtual Business Club through the Adobe CQ5 content management system, which integrates all peripheral systems seamlessly.
