Purpose

The Project Manager ensures the service provision in the individual projects and in big subprojects regarding cost, quality and timeline.

Accountabilities

  • Analyzing and concretize the project idea.
  • Creating the project plan in accordance to the available resources.
  • Controlling
  • Synchronize the risk management with the project team and the client
  • Regular communication of the project status to the stakeholders
  • Ensure the projects capacity needs are met
  • Synchronize the forecast with the @Financial Supervisor
  • Organizing the project relevant Knowhow prevention
  • Executing the bill run for the own projects
  • Reports the billrun result for the own projects to the responsible role
  • Tracking of the own capacity planning in Vertec
  • Supports circle members with planning and inserting their resources in Vertec, and plans freelancers
