- Analyzing and concretize the project idea.
- Creating the project plan in accordance to the available resources.
- Synchronize the risk management with the project team and the client
- Regular communication of the project status to the stakeholders
- Ensure the projects capacity needs are met
- Synchronize the forecast with the @Financial Supervisor
- Organizing the project relevant Knowhow prevention
- Executing the bill run for the own projects
- Reports the billrun result for the own projects to the responsible role
- Tracking of the own capacity planning in Vertec
- Supports circle members with planning and inserting their resources in Vertec, and plans freelancers
