• Monitors the Sitecore security bulletin and public CVE databases
• Coordinates the patching of all Sitecore solutions with the corresponding TRs and IT

Bewertung von IPAs (Individuelle Praktische Arbeit) innerhalb und ausserhalb von Unic

Verantwortungen

• Kennt den IPA Prozess und teilt das Wissen innerhalb von Unic
• Unterstützt auf Anfrage die Unic-Lernenden vor und während der IPA
• Bewertet IPAs und gibt den (Unic-)Lernenden Feedback nach den Kriterien von PkOrg
• Alle Aufwände für die Abnahme von externen IPAs sind in PkOrg (Tool zur IPA Verwaltung) & im Vertec gebucht, damit alle Stunden an den Kanton weiterverrechnet werden können

Verantwortungen

• Kennt alle Mitarbeitenden persönlich, die gemäss Job Family oder Fachrolle des Fachkarriere-Clustering zugeteilt sind, und tauscht sich mehrmals jährlich mit diesen Mitarbeitenden aus.
• Überprüft die Fachkarriere-Maturität bei Neueinstellungen, führt Assessments im Recruiting-Prozess durch und gibt fundierte Empfehlungen ab – unter Berücksichtigung der geltenden Policies.
• Fördert strategisch die fachliche Weiterentwicklung von Mitarbeitenden, agiert als persönliche Ansprechperson, motiviert und aktiviert sie, ihr Potenzial zu entfalten.
• Führt gemeinsam mit den Mitarbeitenden Standortbestimmungen bezüglich Skills und effektiver Leistung durch, um konkrete Empfehlungen für die individuelle Karriereentwicklung abzuleiten.
• Verwaltet Weiterbildungsbudgets und stellt sicher, dass strategische Aus- und Weiterbildungsmassnahmen zielgerichtet zur fachlichen Entwicklung beitragen.

Im Super-Kreis hat der Rep Link den Purpose des Unter-Kreises; im Sub-Kreis lautet der Purpose des Rep Link: Kanalisieren und Lösen von Spannungen hinsichtlich des Prozesses im Super-Kreis.

Verantwortungen

• Beseitigt Beschränkungen in der erweiterten Organisation, die den Sub-Kreis begrenzen
• Bemüht sich darum, Spannungen zu verstehen, die von den Sub-Kreismitgliedern ausgehen, und bestimmt diejenigen, die in den Super-Kreis weiterkommen
• Bietet dem Super-Kreis Übersicht über den Zustand des Sub-Kreises, einschließlich Berichte über Kennzahlen oder Checklistenpunkte, die dem gesamten Sub-Kreis zugeordnet wurden
