Notice-and-Takedown Request

Notice-and-Takedown Procedure: How it Works

If you find any content on our website or any website operated by us that is suspected to be illegal, you can contact us sending a notice. For this, please fill out the take-down form below. We will then carefully review your request and the accompanying material and, if necessary, block or restrict access to it or remove the material.

Definition of "Illegal, Inadmissible Content"

Illegal content is defined as content which infringes the rights of third parties, in particular intellectual property rights (e.g. copyrights or trademark rights) or personal rights, or criminal offences (in particular in the areas of pornography, depiction of violence, racism and defamation).

If the notice does not or not completely satisfy the formal and/or material requirements of the SWICO "Code of Conduct Hosting", we will refrain from further processing.

The Code of Conduct Hosting

The "Code of Conduct Hosting" CCH was implemented in 2013 by the umbrella organisation of the Swiss Internet industry as a measure of self-regulation. The aim of the CCH is to establish the principles as an industry standard and thus to strengthen legal certainty in the long term. The CCH is of particular benefit to persons and companies who have been harmed by illegal content.
