Because AI enables a new way of working. We want to break new ground and lead the way as a digital agency in this area. That's why we founded the AI Impact Circle. Its aim is to make AI accessible to all employees and promote its use. To achieve this, we do the following:
Learning is working time for us
All employees can engage with AI during working hours. Whether in an external training academy or the AI Explorer team: anyone who wants to learn is given the time to do so.
Promoting interdisciplinary dialogue
The AI Impact Circle connects different areas. Here, developers exchange ideas with UX designers, project managers learn from marketing specialists. This collaboration leads to innovative solutions. Our non-tech talks are particularly valuable. They are not about algorithms or code, but about feelings, concerns and personal experiences. After all, AI only works if there are people behind it who understand it and use it responsibly.
Space and time for ideas
Anyone who has ideas and suggestions for the use of AI can submit them to various organisations. If necessary, each person is given time to pursue them.

How can the use of AI be promoted if the right tools are not available? That's why we provide what our employees need free of charge. For example:

Individual training budget
In addition to the internal training programmes, all employees have access to an annual training budget. Whether it's a conference, online course or certification - anyone who wants to develop will receive the support they need.
