Agile implementation, strategic thinking

Inspect & Adapt – Agile for scalable success

From the outset, we opted for an agile approach based on the Scrum principle. In short iterations, we worked with the Rosenxt team to review new requirements and adapt the approach accordingly. Instead of planning everything at once, we built from small to large: functional MVPs that could be rolled out quickly and delivered real added value.

New brand identities, functions and business areas were added step by step without overloading the existing platform. Our consulting services were strongly focused on flexibility and proactive thinking – always with an eye on the big picture, but focused on what was really needed next.

Theming – one system, many brands

Our technological approach: we designed the platform as a multisite and multilingual solution. We built on the ROSEN Group's existing Sitecore infrastructure, which not only made the solution cost-effective but also enabled a quick start.

What set us apart: we developed a flexible set of components with its own look and feel. A central set of components is designed to be brand-specific. Theming is used to customise the visual appearance while maintaining a consistent overall brand image. This enables the Rosenxt team to build completely new websites for new business areas within a few days – independently and without lengthy development cycles.

Channel-independent content control

The platform enables the marketing team to centrally control content such as news, jobs or documents and play them out in a targeted manner – across the board and channel-independently. At Hoffmann-Propeller, for example, users can find service documents for specific propeller types using the intelligent search function.

For the editorial team, this means a high degree of autonomy, short time-to-market and full flexibility in content creation – without compromising on brand management or technical scalability.

Unic has impressed us not only technologically but also methodologically. In an agile setup, we have jointly developed a Sitecore cloud-based multisite platform with integrated DAM and search that can flexibly adapt to new requirements. With this, we have created a digital foundation that can grow with us in the long term.

Solution

Modular, scalable, future-proof

The solution is based on three key technology components that work together seamlessly:

  • All media content can be managed centrally, automatically optimised and quickly found – with user-based access rights that ensure editors only see content relevant to their brand.

  • Sitecore XM Cloud for fast, independent page creation: The Rosenxt team can build new pages and entire websites independently. Thanks to Page Builder with WYSIWYG editor, marketing teams can create new pages and campaigns without any technical know-how. The modular component set enables maximum flexibility while maintaining consistently high quality.

  • Sitecore Search with AI-based intelligence: Users can quickly find what they are looking for across all websites. With synonym management and keyword boosting, marketers can actively control which content is found. The search function learns as it goes and continuously improves.

  • Four themes for six websites: We have developed four different themes based on the same component set. Each business area gets its own visual appearance without the need to program new components. Created in no time at all:
