AI agent deletes production database during code freeze
The AI agent of the vibe coding platform Replit deleted a customer's production database despite an explicit code freeze. Data of around 1,200 executives and nearly 1,200 companies was affected. In addition, the agent fabricated around 4,000 fictitious user records.

170+ apps leaked data – platform initially denied breach
At the vibe coding platform Lovable, Row-Level Security rules were missing: roughly one in ten scanned production apps exposed user data without protection (CVE-2025-48757, published in May 2025, approximately ten weeks after the confidential report).
