Contest Rules

The following terms and conditions apply to the Unic contest associated with the Digital B2B Forum 2026 event on October 27, 2026, at The Hall in Dübendorf, Switzerland.

  1. Organizer
    The organizer of the sweepstakes is Unic AG, Waldeggstrasse 42B, 3097 Bern-Liebefeld, Switzerland.

  2. Eligibility

    Eligible to participate are adult representatives of companies with headquarters in Switzerland or the EU who download the white paper “From E-Shop to Integrated Customer Portal” via the campaign landing page. Participation in the Digital B2B Forum 2026 itself is not a requirement. Employees of the organizer and their family members are excluded from participation.

  3. Participation

    To participate, please fill out the white paper download form on the campaign landing page in its entirety, providing the following information: first name, last name, business email address, and company name. By participating, the individual agrees to these terms and conditions. Participation is free of charge; no purchase is necessary to participate. The entry deadline is October 17, 2026 (ten days before the event), so that the winner has sufficient time to arrange their attendance at the Digital B2B Forum 2026.

  4. Prize

    One ticket to the Digital B2B Forum 2026, taking place on October 27, 2026, at The Hall in Dübendorf, will be awarded by random drawing from among all valid entries. The ticket is non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and is valid exclusively for attendance at the Digital B2B Forum 2026 on the specified date.

  5. Determination of the Winner and Notification

    The winner will be selected at random from among all valid entries received by the entry deadline (October 17, 2026). The winner will be notified immediately by email to allow sufficient time to register and travel to the event. If no response is received within 3 days, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be drawn and notified no later than October 26, 2026.

  6. Privacy Policy
    The data collected as part of the contest (first name, last name, work email address, and company) will be used to conduct the contest and to notify the winner. This information will not be shared with third parties. For more information, please see our Privacy Policy.

  7. Legal Remedies and Liability

    Legal recourse is excluded. No liability is assumed for technical problems, data loss, or other disruptions that prevent the smooth conduct of the event.n.

  8. Governing Law
    Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Bern-Liebefeld.
