Our Awards at a Glance
Since 1996, we have received over 130 awards for digital platforms, e-commerce solutions, and customer experience projects.
2026
At Best of Swiss Web 2026, three Unic projects made the shortlist and together won eight awards. The project for Betty Bossi was recognised with 1 x Gold in Digital Commerce and 3 x Bronze in Business, Innovation, and Technology – and claimed the title of Vice Master of Swiss Web 2026. The project for Switzerland Travel Centre won 1 x Gold in Business, 1 x Silver in Technology, and 1 x Bronze in Digital Commerce. The design system for ETH Zurich received 1 x Bronze in User Experience.
2025
At Best of Swiss Apps 2025, two Unic projects made the shortlist. Our project for 20 Minuten was awarded 1 x Gold and 5 x Bronze. The project for Graubünden Ferien with the Nordic Challenge "Alle laufen lang" won 1 x Gold and 1 x Bronze. Once again this year, we made it onto the Best of Swiss Apps leaderboard and are among the Top 5 in Switzerland. In the list of "most successful app service providers of the last 5 years", we climbed from 11th to 5th place.
2024
In spring 2024, five Unic projects were on the Best of Swiss Web shortlist. The "Meine Kinder" project for the City of Zurich won three Bronze awards – a success that demonstrates: digital services for parents can be simple and genuinely useful.
2023
Best of Swiss Web 2023 brought us one Silver and two Bronze awards. The "Helpful" project for the Swiss Red Cross won Silver in the Public Value category and Bronze in the User Experience category. Bronze also went to the project for the Canton of Zurich.
2022
At Best of Swiss Web 2022, it rained Bronze for Unic – four times over. The new customer portal for SWICA Krankenversicherung AG, the new website for the Swiss Red Cross, the relaunch of Graubünden Ferien, and the new platform for EnergySwitzerland were each recognised with Bronze.
2021
A landmark year for Unic: With css.ch, we won our fifth Master of Swiss Web 2021 for CSS Insurance, along with one Silver and two Bronze awards across various categories at Best of Swiss Web 2021. We also achieved great success with the multisite platform for Flughafen Zürich AG, winning one Gold, one Silver, and two Bronze awards. The same project went on to win Gold and Silver at Best of Swiss Apps 2021. With the new web presence for the Canton of Zurich, we convinced the Best of Swiss Web 2021 jury and won three Bronze awards. A further Bronze went to the "Little Fooby" project for Coop Genossenschaft. The MySwica project for Swica Krankenversicherung AG impressed the Best of Swiss Apps 2021 jury and received two Silver awards.
A total of 15 awards in a single year – a record for us.
2020
With myswitzerland.com, we won our fourth Master of Swiss Web. The digital platform for Switzerland Tourism impressed the jury with its design and user experience, winning three Gold, two Silver, and one Bronze award. We also collected multiple medals at Best of Swiss Web 2020. The project for Swiss Post made its mark too, picking up two Silver and two Bronze awards at Best of Swiss Web 2020. The Innovative Sales App 2.0 for Jungfraubahnen Management AG won Bronze, the project for Proviande Genossenschaft was recognised with Bronze, and the "Smile by SwissPass" project for SBB AG won two Bronze awards at Best of Swiss Web 2020.
